Shipping and Return


ille-olla insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We post the package within 5 business days from the time of the order, but please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, or 72 hours during sale periods. If we are unable to post the package in the given time for any unforeseeable reason, we will notify the buyer. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch ille-olla kft are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.



If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your items, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within 16 days from the date on which you received them from Return items must be shipped back to:

within 16 days from the date the package was delivered to you. If the items are returned within this timeframe, we will exchange it or offer a refund done by bank transfer. Please make sure you write the phone number above on the return package. The products may be returned by any shipping agent. The only costs at your own expense are those for return shipping. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the products during transit.

Please contact us after sending the package through email ([email protected]) with the following information: 

  • order number 
  • delivery note with the name of the delivery company, so we can track the package
  • bank account number (including IBAN of swift code) where we can transfer the refund 


The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

a.) the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;

b.) the identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal;

c.) the products must be returned, complete and unused, in their original packaging (if you want to return a kit, it must include all of its components);

d.) You must start a return process within 16 days from the date on which you received them from by clicking on the following link: Return & Exchange. Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) must be indicate clearly on the outside of the box. RGA number will be generated automatically at the end of the return process.

e.) return items must be shipped back to within 16 days from the date the package was delivered to you.

If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, will exchange or refund the price of the returned purchased products according to the methods and times of our standard refund procedure. Please note that you can exchange the product only to the same style, but different color or size variation. One exchange per order will be deliverd free of charge. If you want to exchange a style to a different one, then we will issue you a refund and you have to place a new order for the desired product. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted. In this case we will return the products to you within three (3) days in the conditions in which they were sent back to If you do not wish to receive the products in the conditions in which they were sent back to, Vendor shall be entitled to keep the products and withhold the sums already received.

Please note that any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded.
